No unfortunately your answer ir wrong. In this case you cannot convert the signal to the fraction of liganded sites, nor can you plot your data according to Hill's equation. The reason is that both these conversion require the extrapolation of the low and high asymptote of the signal versus log [X] plot, and in this experiment you do not have a good estimate of the high asymptote.
